The Palace Ballroom is a beautiful place right in the heart of Seattle.  It sits just a couple blocks from Westlake Center and the surrounding downtown shopping area and less than a mile from Seattle Center.  And, of course, the food rocks!

The Monorail broke down right outside of the Ballroom.  They were evacuating the passengers with a ladder truck.  I took this image in the reflection of the Ballroom window.  The guests got a kick out of going around the police barrier tape to get to wedding reception!
